PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION (“POPI”), PRIVACY POLICY AND PRINCIPLES

1.1. MillennialNxt Pty Ltd respects its customers’ privacy and is committed to protecting it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.2. MillennialNxt Pty Ltd may require customers to provide personal information, which may include company names and registration numbers, name and surname, email address, physical address, gender, mobile number, and date of birth.
1.3. If a customer’s personal information changes, please inform MillennialNxt Pty Ltd and provide updates within 7 days to ensure that we maintain accurate records.
1.4. Customers may choose to provide additional personal information to MillennialNxt Pty Ltd. By doing so, customers agree to provide accurate and current information and not to impersonate or misrepresent any person/entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent their affiliation with anyone or anything.
1.5. MillennialNxt Pty Ltd expects all customers to abide by applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and will do so ourselves.
1.6. Our “Products” and “Services” and related services are described on our website at www.millennialnxt.co.za and in the customer contract.
2. Customer’s Consent
2.1. By using MillennialNxt Pty Ltd and its Products and/or Services, customers consent to the processing of their personal data. We will not use customers’ personal information for any purpose other than those outlined below without their consent:
2.2. MillennialNxt Pty Ltd uses customers’ personal information for several purposes:
2.2.1. To register customers for our services and fulfill their requests;
2.2.2. To contact customers if we need to obtain or provide additional information;
2.2.3. To verify the accuracy of our records;
2.2.4. To contact customers regarding satisfaction surveys related to the ordering, sale, delivery, performance, and quality of our Products and Services;
2.2.5. To contact customers about current or new Products or Services or any other offerings from MillennialNxt Pty Ltd (unless customers have opted out of receiving marketing materials);
2.2.6. To inform customers of new features, special offers, and promotional competitions (unless customers have opted out of receiving marketing materials);
2.2.7. To improve our Products, Services, and the customer experience by, for example, monitoring browsing habits or tracking sales;
2.2.8. To collect certain technical information, such as browser version and operating system.
2.3. MillennialNxt Pty Ltd shall not disclose customers’ personal information to any third party except as follows:
2.3.1. To our employees and/or third-party service providers who need to know the information to assist us in communicating with customers effectively;
2.3.2. To law enforcement, government officials, fraud detection agencies, or other third parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent harm or financial loss, report illegal activity, or investigate violations of our Privacy Policy;
2.3.3. To our service providers (under contract with us) who assist with parts of our business operations (fraud prevention, networks, platforms, marketing, technology services, etc.). These providers may only use the information in connection with the services they perform for MillennialNxt Pty Ltd and not for their own benefit;
2.3.4. To our suppliers to handle warranty claims or other matters involving Products or Services purchased by customers.
2.4. Occasionally, we may administer “interactive pop-up” surveys requesting additional demographic, non-personally identifiable information. Participation in these surveys is voluntary.
2.5. Some voluntarily provided personal information may be captured during surveys for prize draws or follow-up research. This information may be shared with entities or other customers who adhere to this Privacy Policy.
2.6. We may use or disclose personal information if required to comply with laws, subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes, or to protect our rights or property.
2.7. We will ensure that all employees, third-party service providers, suppliers, divisions, and partners with access to personal information are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

3.1. MillennialNxt Pty Ltd will:

3.1.3. Provide customers with access to their personal information to view and/or update details;
3.1.4. Notify customers promptly if we become aware of unauthorized use, disclosure, or processing of their personal information;
3.1.5. Provide evidence of our compliance with this Policy on reasonable notice and request;
3.1.6. Upon request, promptly return or destroy any personal information in our possession, except where legally obligated to retain it.
3.2. We will not sell or make personal information available to any third party other than as provided in this Policy.
3.3. While we strive to protect customers' rights to privacy, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for unauthorized or unlawful disclosures made by third parties outside of our control.
3.4. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the disclosure of personal information to third parties whose practices we do not control. Customers should review the Privacy Policy of any third party.
3.5. We will retain personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy unless a longer retention period is required by law.
3.6. Personal information may be stored and processed in any country where MillennialNxt Pty Ltd has facilities. By using our Products or Services, customers consent to the transfer of information to countries with different data protection rules.
3.7. Our Products and/or Services are not intended to attract children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 18.
3.8. Customers have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about them. To do so, email Info@millennialnxt.co.za or contact us using the details provided below. We will verify the customer’s identity before providing information and may charge a legally allowable fee.
3.9. Customers may request that we update, correct, or delete personal information by completing the relevant form on our website. We will verify the customer’s identity before making changes.

4. MillennialNxt Pty Ltd Application
4.1. Our applications may collect contact information stored on a customer’s mobile device if permission is granted and the device is configured to allow access.
4.2. If permission is granted, the following personal information may be viewable in the application:
4.2.1. Contacts’ names
4.2.2. Contacts’ email addresses
4.2.3. Contacts’ telephone numbers
4.2.4. Contacts’ organizations
4.3. This information is used to populate contact data in the application.
4.4. The application uses contact information solely to make it available within the application.
4.5. Customers can erase collected contact data by denying access in device settings or uninstalling the application.
5. Security
5.1. We use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect personal information. However, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
5.2. If customers believe their interaction with us is no longer secure, they should notify us immediately.
6. Digital Marketing – Cookies – Website and/or App
6.1. Our website and/or app uses “cookies” to collect information and data through standard internet operations. Cookies help us recognize repeat customers, facilitate access, track usage behavior, and improve functionality.
6.2. The information collected by cookies is not used to personally identify customers. Customers can adjust their browser settings to accept or deny cookies.
6.3. Disabling cookies may limit access to certain features of our digital marketing services.
